Due to the nature of mystery boxes containing surprise collectibles, all sales are final, except under limited and lawful circumstances, such as:

Returns or refunds are not accepted for reasons such as team/player preferences.
Each mystery box is sealed, contains verified official football collectibles (via NFC tags, QR codes, or certificates), and is packed securely.
Damaged or Defective Items
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery if your item is physically damaged.
Submit clear photographic or video evidence.
If approved, we will replace the specific damaged item (not the entire box).
Product Swap – For Legendary+ Annual Subscribers
Eligible for 1 Product Swap Credit per year.
Swap requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the box.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
Statutory Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your rights under Irish law, including the right to a refund or replacement for defective or misdescribed goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2022.
6. Loyalty & Referral Program
Participation is subject to program-specific terms and eligibility.
